Job Description:
• Achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and
reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
• Meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditure.
• Plan menus by consulting with chefs, estimates food costs and profits, adjusts menu.
• To ensure that profit margins are maintained, agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control systems
• To ensure that lobby hosts and Cashiers are always correctly and smartly dressed, that they offer professional and courteous service to customers.
• To ensure that restaurants and conveniences are clean and well maintained.
• Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing wastes; ensuring high quality of preparation
